The space
This is recently updated with all new furnishings. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a custom shower. A comfortable cozy nook with a chair and table are also in the office, perfect for your relaxing time. A 58″ smart TV and beautiful electric fireplace are in the living room. A full kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator, coffee maker (Keurig), coffee pods, all the cookware and utensils needed to make this your home away from home, enjoy your meals on the quaint bistro table. There is a full size washer and dryer. There is a custom courtyard equipped with a gas barbecue, with lush greenery, conversation sets and bistro tables to sit back and relax and enjoy the beautiful tree canopy covering the courtyard. We have also included beach gear for you, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. An exceptional place for a long term rental!!

We have smart locks for the property as convenience for our guests to come and go as they please. The courtyard outside is a shared space with other guests.
Other things to note
We have inside parking that is first come first serve, with a gate opener. We also have 2 dedicated spaces outside. Please do not bring more than 1 car per reservation..
