Entry is by smart lock, and the courtyard is shared with other guests. Parking inside the gate is first come, first served with a gate opener, plus two spaces outside. One car per unit.

Fees and minimum stay: Minimum stay: 30 nights (monthly stays only). A general cleaning fee applies.

House rules

No pets. No drugs. No parties or events, and no guests who are not on the reservation. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No commercial photography. Breaking the party, extra-guest or smoking rules carries a minimum fee of $200 per person. Quiet hours 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parking is first come, first served, with one car per unit inside the gate. Two extra spots outside the gate are shared with the other units.

Cancellation policy

30 days or more before arrival: full refund. 15 to 29 days: every night refunded except one night's room rate. 8 to 14 days: 50% refund of the entire booking. 1 to 7 days: no refund.
