About this stay
A one-of-a-kind third-floor loft with plenty of character: a color-changing electric fireplace, a pull-out sectional sofa and a smart TV in the living area. You have the whole floor to yourself.
Good to know: the ceilings are low with angled architecture, so the loft is not suitable for anyone over 6 feet tall. It is open plan with no bedroom door, and you reach it by climbing two flights of stairs.

- Minimum stay: 30 nights (monthly stays only). A general cleaning fee applies.
House rules
No pets. No drugs. No parties or events, and no guests who are not on the reservation. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No commercial photography. Breaking the party, extra-guest or smoking rules carries a minimum fee of $200 per person. Quiet hours 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parking is first come, first served, with one car per unit inside the gate. Two extra spots outside the gate are shared with the other units.
Cancellation policy
30 days or more before arrival: full refund. 15 to 29 days: every night refunded except one night's room rate. 8 to 14 days: 50% refund of the entire booking. 1 to 7 days: no refund.
